Jacqueline Phillips

Jacqueline Phillips is a powerhouse in the notary world and the founder of A-List Notary Services, where she has spent over a decade training, mentoring, and empowering notaries across the nation. With more than 20 years as a commissioned Notary Public and over 10 years as a seasoned Notary Signing Agent, Jacqueline brings unmatched expertise and a legacy of leadership to the notary community.

A true pioneer, Jacqueline became one of the first certified Electronic Notaries in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 2016, helping shape the evolving landscape of digital notarization. Her influence expanded as she took on the role of Director of Notary Engagement and Education at Notarize, where she led national outreach initiatives and educated thousands of notaries on transitioning to Remote Online Notarization (RON).

Jacqueline made history again as the first Notary on the Proof platform (formerly Notarize), continuing her mission to make RON accessible and trusted nationwide. In 2023, she joined the National Notary Association as a Hotline Consultant and was appointed an NNA Ambassador, further amplifying her impact as a trusted voice in the industry.
